Hi everybody. I see there's not too many new questions. But that's okay! Thanks for all the great compliments and the super warm welcome!! To answer the question about the Pilot -- we are retiring the pilot for at least the next two seasons, but I'm confident we'll have some great small styles for you that will serve the same purpose; and if there is an overwhelming outcry, it could come back. On the Havana, we have some great colors in the works for Fall '09, but I can't tell which right now ;-) Keep those questions coming, and I'll keep coming back to answer as best I can. When Toni's done overseeing the Fall designs, production, and shoes, I am sure she'll pop in too.

Ben or Toni...What's the chance of a special order Havana color being produced or reissued I'd love a sunkissed orange and a lemondrop yellow with matching tassels!

Can you imagine?
Maybe pick the type/color leather and what you want for the lining? (Plain, HH logo, Color, Suede/Satin/Fabric) I'm sure to be shot down for even suggesting such a thing, and it would no doubt take years for you guys to be able to do that... but it would be a dream.
It's such a popular bag, I don't doubt it would be even more of a hit if people could personalize theirs.

Oh SNAP, I would be all over a yellow Havana! Even if it's too big for me - I've been looking for the perfect yellow bag for MONTHS now. Oh - be still my beating heart - IMAGINE a lemondrop yellow Inka Big-Clip Hobo - OMG! I've GOT to quit fainting in this thread, I'm blocking traffic for God's sake....

ALSO Ben/Toni - some of us, or maybe all of us are just so in love with the tassels!! Why o why must they be discontinued? I saw your previous post of possibly bringing an improved tassel back.... May I take this opportunity to PRESSURE YOU to make this happen? The tassels are just so unique to H-H.... they are just GREAT!! I can't imagine not having one for every H-H bag I own, present and future!!

Thanks for listening to the "Hayden Harnett Hotties" whine!! LOL... It can't be easy!!
