No one should have to phone on the 36th day for a refund - should they? Btw, I've had (3) refunds - with each - I have had to phone to "up the anty" so to say.

Would you purchase something - return it - then patiently wait (4 - 6 weeks) to see any kind of credit? Should you really need to make a phone call with something that was returned that resold - after a month (when it was bought - you haven't been credited).

These issues matter.

Ben & Toni, I love the trophy bag. I have bought the trophy in black zeus, grey zeus, tan crinkle patent and blueberry. Luv the silhouette. I have added the orange shine from fall to my list. Am anxious to know what other colors it will be offered in. I am pleased with the "1/2 trophy" - the shorter satchel version. Will want that one also.

My guess is that you are already on the spring/summer 2010 - or about to be. I would like to see a trophy-style bag in some shade of red. Another color would be something revisiting that Isnik yellow. Or, British Racing Green. Yep, any (or all, LOL) of those three would be terrific.

Of course, I know that colors have to blend with the grouping and the concept that you've envisioned for that collection... but I can't help wishing for those colors.

What a fantastic idea! While we're asking, could it have a coin compartment? I've been having a heck of a time finding the right wallet for DH, and I would love to give him something from HH...

^^^ I agree, this is a great idea to tap into. I always have gift ideas for my girls, but my guys I can't really find anything HH for them. Granted, I got my boyfriend a passport cover, but I don't think he'd use it as much as a wallet. The one, and only, staple for guys. Jeans, t-shirt, wallet.

Last night I had my laptop in bed doing some more stalking on the sale page and my husband looked over at me and said that it would be great if they made a men's wallet. I looked at him and realized that he has crossed over to the dark side as well!
