Ben and Toni, love your spring collection but have to say...your Fall 09 collection is a knock-out! It takes my breath away. I love the shoes (hopefully some of those TDF heals are under 3" and will come home to my house). I especially like the suede oxford and the two-tone cut-out ankle boot. As to the handbags, to list my likes would be way to long here. Just know, that I am way looking forward to Fall. Will there be a Beatrice in the Fall group?

Is the Emile gone??!! Because I am completely in love with my Yam version but it's already pretty dirty--I need another please! I'm bummed I missed out on the Ruby and Black ones at the last sale (if any gals around here happen to see one, I'd love a PM).

This question is sort of irrelevant, but I was just curious if it bothers them there seems to be a small group of people who snap up their super-great-deal sale stuff and then try to sell it on eBay for way more. It's obvious they exist because almost right after every bargain sells out, several of the item appear on eBay for more than the bargain price. The optimist in me would like to believe that it's just people who didn't like a non-returnable item, but based on what they're charging, that is clearly not the case.

kachesle, try posting on the "Care" thread (if you haven't already). I'm sure there's a cleaning method that will work so you can keep your Emile happy! I know some people have used Lexol cleaner.

Ben & Toni - Are you aware of the various customer service issues that we've posted in this forum? I know we're not your only customers, so I have to wonder how widespread these problems have become. And they seem to be related only to direct orders from HH. I'm sad to say that I'm reluctant to order from you again because of these issues.

Since we have seen some of the colors now of the travel pieces, can we have a 1 day sale again, I would love to order the other Avion Totes as well. I am loving, loving the Avion in Amber - the colors are so different than any of the pics we have seen. Is there any chance of this? Please.... I do believe alot of folks were reluctant to order because of the colors and how they looked online and in the catalogs and now that we have seen them, they are just beautiful. Its a suggestion, I hope you will consider soon... Thank you !
