Cindy, I'm sorry your jacket didn't work out. The only thing keeping me going right now is the hope that the ebay Marcel I bought from you hasn't reached my postie!!
Hi Emmy_uk, I thought you sounded familiar. Please let me know when the Marcel reaches your shore. No, can't have a postman using your Tharpe! The nerve of him!!

To all of you who I met this past month.

Forgive me for not posting my pics. My DSL line has been down since Friday afternoon which is why I haven't been posting on here since then.

It's on and off for the past hour or so. I'm just posting this quickly to let you know that I did take photos, even one or two dreaded modeling shots and will post them as soon as the Verizon tech can get his head out of his heinie long enough to figure out what is going on.

Please don't think I've forgotten. I've got to get off now because we only have one computer functioning and five of us need it.

Don't . I just hope it works by tomorrow evening so that I can decide whether or not to add to my HH Harem!

If I can't get on...Happy HH Holidays...to all my TPF amigas.

Don't worry about us, GB, we'll be fine. Only one computer functioning? Five of you? That's a separate issue from your DSL line, isn't it? Why no pictures before all of this started? Such a mystery...

The color IRL is more similar to the last two (more coppery than the first three).

It's been years since I lived in NY (grad school/poor) but having these works of art takes me right back... I can almost smell the burnt hotdogs and the particular smell of the 4/5/6 line to the Village... So here's a few pics of the bags (gulp!) modeled.

Default Modem and Router working here are some of my sample sale pics
I am tech stupid. I think we needed to get new routers because the signal was too weak (?). The only computer that was working was the one that the Verizon router(?) was hooked up to directly. DH and tech dude fixed it finally. DD is uploading photos. I need to take more but this is what was done so far. I haven't even had a chance to read anything because I wanted to keep my promise.

OK I've tried for the past half an hour. Can someone please tell me what to do about this? I told you I'm a total idiot about this. How do I get a token?

Unhappy I try to keep my promises life sometimes does get in the way

I finally got back on line.

Indiaink, please have a . I am a total idiot when it comes to technology. We have two digital cameras. One's my DD and one's "the family's". I have no idea how to work either of them. I don't know how to upload photos. My kids are the ones who can help me but they have their own lives. Thanks heavens my DD was able to help me tonight so I could begin to keep my promise.

The one computer that was directly hooked up to the DSL line was getting a signal but finally a tech explained that the routers we were using weren't working right and the signal wasn't happening and yes, five of us and one functioning computer. Not such a mystery except to someone like me.

Now there are five of us and four functioning computers. So for those of you who are interested, now you know why it took so long and why I wasn't posting on TPF. It was really frustrating for many reasons. I really missed being here and interacting with you.

Am I out of the doghouse?
