Blamblam it's stunning on you! It sounds to me like the size is making it sit a little uncomfortably on you. I know it's no fun wearing something when you're worried about your bits and pieces sitting correctly. Do you think a small may fit you more comfortably? I do love it though! Great choice - it suits your chic-ness perfectly!

There you go again Gingey...ahhh, it's all good....you know what they say laughter is the best medicine!! And you've doled out a lot of medicine lately.

I'm sure you'll be up there in Handbag Heaven when your time does come in 120 years or so.

Seriously, and yes I can be serious, I wouldn't want to be the cause of any more eye damage. I'll try to hold off until you give me the heads up.

Get well fast...OK...warning here..hold your eye, your bladder and anything else you feel you need to hold just in case. (just re-read this and can't seem to delete it, sorry

Ms. Liz, I just have one thing to add. Too bad your eye problem isn't strabismous (crossed eyes). Then you would see twice as many of your lovely purses...drat it, I couldn't stop...I'm so . I'll bounce.

Sorry to hear about Ms. Mercer Gingey. Boo Hoo.

I'm so glad you like the Bungalow...can't wait to get mine!

Soft and squishy is always good.... (h*ll, here I am reciting out of "Gingey's Purse Porn" book....you're contagious woman!)

PICS, PICS, PICS!

I have the Sonia in Anthracite which I received last week, but this is something else, not just because of the amazing price.

Ms. Liz. You will be ecstatic when you open the box and actually see it IRL. She's even better IRL, squishy and soft, the outside cargo pockets allow me to fit my cell phone and my car keys. The shape is stylish yet classic and Anthracite is so not silver. The black, square but rounded-top studs make the whole package, well, studly and a tad edgy. Definitely not your average metallic bag. Thank you whoever designed this beauty. You will rock this bag, Ms. Liz.

One small disatisfaction though, maybe because of my height. I just wish the handle was adjustable because it hits me a bit wrong. I might have to squish it until it conforms. (Not torture, just squish).

Rather than returning it or letting my older DD who is at home get any ideas, I think I will just remove my shoulder blade.

Indeed, it is comfy comfy....nice Merino wool - medium weight. I love the color combo and I think it looks "ok" on me - not FAB. Honestly, the cut/style of the dress is usually not so flattering on someone of my stature and built, but I really do like the style. Remember, I'm 4'11" and curvy.

I too got the Medium and think that's best for my "hippy" self. The top portion is loose....I can always wear something underneath, but I am inclined NOT to cuz of the back....LOVE the back strap to the dress! It would be a shame to ruin the look and I think IF you wear something underneath, the dress may not "fall" properly. I'll have to perform this experiment!

I will probably wear this w/o a bra and will need to find some pasty/support type things...any recommendations? It's kinda risque to do so and thus I may not be inclined to wear the dress often...will it just sit in my closet? Or do I just let the boobs fly??!!

So - I don't know.....need your HONEST input, Hotties!
Photos - not so good, but it will do the trick. Tried to show the sleeves...and the cut/shape, etc.
There are convertible bras that would work. Some of them are halters or strapless which wouldn't work with the back of this. The shoulders are covered up so you'd want a bra that went over the shoulders but didn't show on the back except lower on the waist. The back is pretty low. I think this bra might work in the "low back configuration they show. Those pasty things aren't smooth and might show through a knit.

On the see all 100 ways pages that is. With the very low band and the straps going over the shoulders not halter style.

BLAM BLAM...you are beautiful in the dress!!
I see how it sits big on top and why you wouldn't want to wear anything underneath to take away from that sexy fab back!!
Can this dress be belted? Or do you think it would take away or be too busy for the dress..I almost feel like a belt will cinch it in and then balloon the top a little for a chic 80's feel... I'm just thinking out loud here..
Otherwise, bring it to the tailor and see if he can give it a little nip/tuck to give better comfort...

I looked at the first photo and thought, "What are you worried about? It looks FAB!" I see what you mean by the fit issues, though. If it will be so uncomfortable that you will never wear it, then return it. Like asark wondered, would a small work better? I'm curious because I want to order the dress but not sure what size to get.

OMG - you "hotties" R awesome......

I don't think a SMALL would do...it would be a tighter fit in the hips and I would be very self-conscious about that.....
I think finding the right undergarment is the key.....since it's so loose up top....
Great idea to see if a slim belt will help....and to see if it will "detract" from the design....
I'll play around with it since heck...we have more time to do returns with their revised return policy!

AND, a thought about the "sexy back issue".....maybe a nightime/summer-ish look, but heck - why not put something underneath when it's cooler???

I'll play dress-up tomorrow!
Thanks everyone....

kinbrooklyn -
thanks for the VS info/link....I'm really clue-less when it comes to undergarments......since i really don't like wearing 'em!!!

Whew, thanks for that, my beloved cho. Can't wait to get her - she's the last to arrive - and the last ordered, so it makes sense.

Ahem, Ahem... now we know what's under Blam Blam's dress!! LOL...

Secondly, if we are talking about cool nights... a fab skintight turtleneck, thick belt around the waist, tights and booties or boots.... sound fab to me!!!
Now go play!!

You always make HH clothes look fab! I think you should keep it. It looks great on you! I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but I seriously recommend the NuBra! It is really amazing.
