Love how the leather slouches. So touchable! Congrats, Leo!
I was just visiting my husband, he's in the navy, stationed in San Diego right now. We'll be going on a road trip in January when we drive out there from Maryland!
The leather is very slouchy and conforming, I lurrve it! Thanks, Namkha!

VERY shiny in the light. That's why flash pictures are never accurate with HH metallics! Thank you h82bl82!

Leo - girl, you are seriously making me regret NOT buying that bag when it popped up!! Damnit! And I JUST missed out on a stunning BE on evil-bay thanks to getting bumped - it was from a lovely tPFer who ended up almost giving her away...

Today is simply not a good day... but Leo, I'm delighted that your bag is so freakin' georgous!

^ Awww no! I love to hate evilbay. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry.
Thanks asark, hopefully another BE will pop up that you will love even more, I know it sucks when you miss out. I missed out on a python LP sample on ebay a while back and I was inconsolable. lol

WOW, I never imagined this bag could look so good! It appears much 'stiffer' in the HH web site photos. Great catch, leo! Is the hardware metal or plastic? I've got the ruby Bungalow wallet coming, and was curious -.

Attention gingeybear: You DO know this is not a competition, right? I cannot fathom purchasing so many HH bags at one time.

It is metal on my Bowery.

Leo, missed you too! Glad to have you back, and happy that you got to visit your DH.

mlinky is right, it is metal, India. If we see any plastic hardware, it better be in the target line!

So happy to hear that you are finally getting your heart's desire! I only recently received my first HH handbag, too, and haven't looked back.

So, the Tamasin - what a great first choice! The blueberry looks like such a beautiful colour and contrasted with the brown... Please post some pictures after you receive it as I don't think we've had any IRL shots of that model -- certainly no recent ones anyway.
thanks NamkhaDrolma! I love Chococat -- he's the cutest Sanrio character
yeah, the blueberry + *chocolate* combo is what did me in! I just love the 2 colors together!! I will definitely post pics when I get mine -- whenever HH decides to ship

yay! I'm in good company! Ms.Lizardo I love your taste in bags, so knowing that you like the blueberry Tamasin is reassuring... For a while I doubted the Tamasin, since I haven't seen it IRL, but went with my gut! I'm sure I won't be disappointed!

Oh, true, very true. I am curious how much weight it adds - especially to the wallet. Probably aluminum, which is very lightweight - Guess I'll find out when my little ruby beauty arrives!

I bet you'll love it, india. I have the ruby clutch wallet, great color. I wish I'd gotten one of the bungalow wallets too. It is pretty lightweight, imo

My first of three HH SS orders came today! Today the little owl coin purse/purse charm and the indigo patent key fob arrived. My gosh they were packed so nicely. Photos later. It's been one of those mornings.

I'm sure you'll be up there in Handbag Heaven when your time does come in 120 years or so.

Seriously, and yes I can be serious, I wouldn't want to be the cause of any more eye damage. I'll try to hold off until you give me the heads up.

Get well fast...OK...warning here..hold your eye, your bladder and anything else you feel you need to hold just in case. (just re-read this and can't seem to delete it, sorry

Ms. Liz, I just have one thing to add. Too bad your eye problem isn't strabismous (crossed eyes). Then you would see twice as many of your lovely purses...drat it, I couldn't stop...I'm so . I'll bounce.
