Arg, I wish october would come already. I keep refreshing that HH page hoping the bilblio or ANY new bag is posted. Anyone remember that Nike ship that sank a few years back??? With our luck, a hurricane will sink the boat carrying the new f/w stuff with bags floating onto the beaches and coastlines all around the world.
(BTW, ot I know, but what is up with that lilac colour for s/s?? Am I the only one who cringes?)

Well, should this happen, that would actually be ironic, cargo cult theme and all.

Re: Lilac shine..annam...I'm not a purple person myself..I thought it was pretty but not for me..FWIW...purple is Toni's lucky color so perhaps that is why purple shows up in almost every collection..

Oh..and it's not easy for me to be objective since I'm not a pastel lover..and Spring?Summer is not my favorite fashion season..OK..I wear a lot of black, tan, cream and neutrals..so a pop of bright Poppy Red..or Butter is what I would probably add..or the prints in a scarf or something..ditto the cuffs too..

(I'm not feeling Thorn either BTW..not a Kelly Green person either)..so..no bright purple or green for me..and I AM feeling the browns, reds, and dusky colors..ditto burnt orange..I am waiting to see what actually manifests on the website and in the store..and trying to be patient about my HF for Fall '09 too..

Gingey - I love pastels but I have never been a big lover of that shade of purple. i do love purple though. Just not that one.
I love my kelly green paddle, so pretty. I love rich colours, though I do love butter yellow, just not in a purse.
PLEASE POST MY BIBILO!!!

I think a small hit of that purple in a carry all or other small leather good would be fabulous!

Yep in a small item or accent lovely, I just can't do it in a big bag. But again it's just me. I feel like I am the only one not feeling it. Oh well. :)

I am not into that lilac. at all.

these bags are a bit splurgy for me for the thought process is that I should only get what i'll keep long term. that breaks down into neutrals like black, kind boring but classic, or grey, which I love bec it matches the cat. I don't really do brown.

Then I'd want a fun color but I really like saturated colors not pastels. I favor reds so the Poppy is exciting. I like some purples but not the current grape. Cooler aubergines or Plum that is closer to makeup colors called plum would be soo nice. If a Ruby like shade came back I could talk myself into all sorts of things. But with current fall colors nothing is really speaking to me.

I don't think I could do it in a big bag. I don't even have anything except brown and black in big bags. VCP or Anthracite Havana (should I find one) would be my big break out from cordovan, brandy and black.

But the carryalls I can do in colours - I have lagoon and ginger. A little bit of fun to pull out of the big bag!

Same here. I wouldn't do it in a big bag, and I'm not a pastel person, either. But there's something about the "Iris" color that I really like.
