^^ *groans, rolls around on floor* I won't be able to stand it if it's that Welles sample... JUST bought the Grape Shine Havana, and I don't think the stores will sell over the phone. But I suppose it's nice to know it's out there?

^^ Yes. Samples. I called the store about the Welles when we first saw these pics on the fashion blog... I don't think the SA knew what I was talking about (I think I just used the name and didn't actually describe it) so she said they must not have it anymore. I did ask about the Jackson (thinking it was Yam or Yam Shine) and I *think* she said "we HAD one in Ginger" but maybe it was "we HAVE one in Ginger". I didn't ask about the MB one because while I do want a Jackson, I've got the big Lido in Lead and that's too similar (what I really want is the Jackson in the spring green color!!)

But yes. aren't they both divine??

Suzzeee, I read your post really quick last night before logging off, I didn't have time to reply...then last night I dreamt about the HH stores!! It was the best night's sleep I've had in months! I think the sample bags you described even made it in (a taupe welles with purple stitching was there...drooooool...), as well as a bone colored Biblio that was smaller, had a crossbody strap, and a flap over the front pocket. And I had a lovely chat with Toni in my dreams. I was so mad when DH woke me up!!

But anyway, wow, that's awesome you got to go (for real lol), and I really can't wait to see pics of your new bag. Lucky girl!

And the "wine-colored bag with top-stitching" isn't this sample Welles, is it!?!?
Jenni - yes, that's the bag - the Welles and it's 60% off - I hate that the stores won't ship - -that's nuts really - I've never heard of a retail store not willing to ship - I get stuff sent from little boutiques all the time!

Cho - I'm waving but where in the HH are you girl??

Sorry about no pics -- I'm slammed for time this trip but will post tomorrow.

Quiz: DYING over your avatar!!!

OK. Calling store to find out cost and double-check if they'll ship. Sigh.

Dork. They haven't opened yet. I'll give them 30 minutes. My plan is just to get info on the bag and then just casually ask "and how much is shipping?" (as if it's a given!)

omg Jenn, if they will merely box up the bag for you then you can arrange for your own UPS courier to go pick it up! good luck!!

Faboo trip Suzanne!! The best stuff is always at the mother ship!
