I'm typing on my phone so sorry ahead if I type funny. Very perceptive, RMC. I didn't think about going through their description to pull out color names. I talked to HH and they said they don't do much white/cream colors because they think people are generally weary of getting it ruined as an everyday bag. I might do it with a winter white James Dean leather and eucalyptus accents.

The bottom will have pleating (kinda like Havana) and the top has the structure thing going on so far, so not quite like trophy. Not sure if I'll keep it or change it. We haven't got as far with dimensions, still trying to figure that part out.

I still have more surprises to reveal later on

Thuey..dear heart..please bear in mind that there seems to be an issue with the Eucalyptus leather on the Madeline and the Zelda boots..(see the threads)..the leather is morphing into a bit of a Blue Cheese look..or whatever the cheese is that is aged and has deeper, mossy green streaks running through it...sort of green mold in appearance in places...so you might want to rethink Eucalyptus..just from one sistah to another..I just wanted you to know.

I'm sure that's one surprise you don't want..but I'm dying to see what you have up your sleeve.

Thanks so much for asking, missty!

Oh, I am definitely getting a Biblio now!! I can't wait to see what colors they'll offer. Now I just have to wait. I am very very bad at waiting.

Thuy, you are so talented! I wish I could be as creative as you. I bet HH is so impressed with you too. They probably really enjoy working with you. I think they should hire you to help design their bags

Aw, skydive, you're too sweet *blush*

I asked Joanne to take a poll with the HH team about color combos and they agreed on liking the white/eucalyptus combo. If I could pick more color combinations if it magically goes into production, black shine/aubergine would be it's opposite.

Now, I'm thinking, what do you ladies think of the design so far? I was aiming for a slouchy/structured bag, so the bottom came with pleating and the top has more structure. Yet, I'm afraid it might counteract with the front flap (I'm thinking it might be like the trophy front pocket) when it's sitting. What would it morph into in a neutral state? Would adding structure and feet be a good change?

Still doing some tweaking :)

I love it! and I love the idea of adding feet and structure. I'm normally not into big bags but I would totally buy this especially if it's in British Racing (jaguar) Green with Chalk or stark white as an accent color.

Thanks lulu! Hmm, I was hoping I could combine both types of slouchy/structure into this bag but it doesn't look right when it doesn't stand on it's own 4 feet (bad pun intended). I'll ask if they have jaguar bottle green for you lulu (and RMC)

ok, I'm at work all this week and it's been slow today so I wanted to throw something on here.

What do you guys think of three colors?

Example:

White/grey accents, and VCP swooping crescent arch (perhaps green).

I will ask about the british bottle green for all the green ladies :)

1. black shine/aubergine
2. winter white/eucalyptus
3. jaguar bottle green :)/tobias chocolate

Missty - congrats on your project! It's coming along so nicely! I vote dark green/chocolate combo. Would make for an elegant fall handbag!
