A store credit is not a special offer. It is a refund. A gift certificate is not a special offer. It's a purchase.

I'll definitely file a complaint. They've told too many conflicting stories. I'm also not sure if some of their claims regarding gift certificates and store credit are legal.

I always thought it odd that the entire archive disappeared, but there may have been an innocent reason for it.

It is funny though that the image if the Fall Behind Gift certificate detaiils is no where to be found.

I've done lots of searches of old products when I purchased on the secondary market and I never had a problem pulling up the product pages/images from years ago until Silverman took over.

I'm sorry for all of your woes and this is totally unacceptable and makes "no sense" for a reputable business. Alas, that's the issue now, they have no integrity and should close up shop and go away. The writing has been on the wall
and is being magnified and illuminated by your transaction.

Bottom line......what do you want from them?

How did you acquire the gift certificate? If by credit card, dispute the charge and start the process of getting back your money NOW.

I told them that I wanted to order one of the few in stock bags using the GC. And I want it at the advertised sale price. That's when they told me to email the graphic of the terms of the GC so someone in the corporate office could evaluate my request.

It's funny Blammie...I never thought of disputing the charge for the GC. Any other hotties out there still sitting on gift certificates?

I guess this means that if anyone is planning on buying anything you should screen cap the offer which is kinda ridic. They've been putting the terms in images so when they remove the file from the server you can't see them anymore. I guess I coudl screen cap them from now and post to the shopping thread so we'll have an archive. :)

Bri - it seems like they've been totally gone since the end of March / early April. It was around when Toni stopped posting and the website got scrubbed of most mentions of them.
