I have a a weird story to relate. Was sort of waiting until I found out what was going on before I told it.

When the HH 50% sale started I actually had 4 items in my basket that I had added at various times but never checked out on because the 25% off coupon I had needed to be reinstated. (Which HH did - they reactivated a code that had not been working). Then the 50% off sale happened so I added some of the sale items to the basket and checked out. AT that time it was showing that I was getting the full 50% off on ALL the items even though some of those items like the Hadley in turks were not in stock and not included in the sale. Then my computer timed out and it looked like the order didn't go through. So I reordered a few things from the 50% off sale and checked out. Later - I was shocked to see that BOTH orders had gone through. I sent an email to Oana explaining and she got right back to me the next morning and cancelled one of the orders. Surprisingly - the order they cancelled was the second one - they actually processed the order with the additional items at 50% off. So CS was great from my POV. Then they shipped the items in stock. They are still showing the other 4 items as OOS but have them on my order status. They have not billed me for them so I don't know what exactly will happen - if I will actually get them at the 50% off price or not but for now it looks like they are still honouring the price for whenever the items become in stock.

Late last night I noticed that HH had made an additional charge on my cc and that it didn't relate to any price of any item. I sent an email close to midnight PST last night and got a reply by 7 am this morning that they had made an error and already given me the credit back. And I got the email confirming the refund. So that is pretty good CS. BAd that there was a random extra charge but a very quick response.

I got all of the items I ordered from the current sale today. I ordered the Fog Biblio, a Tomato keychain, and the clutch wallet in Mint. Pretty happy with all the items, the Biblio is huge and light.

Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted here! I wanted to say I ordered some items and I did get some of them and I'm happy to report all are in acceptable condition for me. It did take a few days before they shipped though. I received so far: candy apple red Lorca and trophy, bitter lime pomp and trophy satchel, London grey trophy satchel, denim corc. And that red and pink tote. My denim corc is pretty dry so I need to moisturize and the color is very unique, maybe its faded, i don't know. But everything seems to be ok. The whole statement of ships same day is completely a lie. So I was pretty worried.

I hope everyone is doing well... I'll try and post pics today ! I have more coming next week so I'll have to see what condition they are in, the London color is not grey, definitely more taupe, it's not what I expected at all, but it'll work. I figure it's a nice taupe satchel... Lol

Luc you too!!! It's been awhile! How are the kids? Don't you just love the candy apple for the Lorca ?? Such a nice pop of color!!

The kids are great! Pretty big and driving me crazy this summer at home with me! :) The candy apple Lorca is awesome! I had an Elson, but it was too large for me, the Lorca is just perfect! :)
