The Marcel is soft and it's mostly BZ leather; the BZ has a sort of soft shiny finish to it, not patent but very nice. While Marcel is small I can't imagine that a Trophy in it would be a whole lot different as far as the feel and smooshiness of the leather. Everyone has said the Trophy will soften with some use so.

One second thought I'm betting you'd just hate the BZ Trophy *runs to eBay/Bonz to look for that Trophy* Nah, I'm not buying it, you should go look at it

i have the BZ Trophy - fell head over heels in love when i saw it IRL at LB last year... it has gotten even softer and smooshier with use. it's my only black bag - the glimmer/shimmer gives it just that little extra that elevates black to a must-have for me!

i LOVE my BZ Trophy! highly recommend it!

I vote Trophy (even though it already seems you've decided on it!). I have the Zee and although it is a fabulous bag...the dang strap isn't sewn into place, it's one long piece of leather that makes both straps...so if you aren't careful it can work it's way around and then you have to struggle to get it back into place. Its a PITA.
