LOL, any update on this?

I received my Ibiza slides. They sent me size 9 sandals in a size 8 box. They're too big for me. Waah!

Merry - so sorry!!!! A couple of times I've phoned HH and said or begged actually for them to doublecheck stuff they're sending out to Canadians especially because it is SUCH ahuge expense and drag to get stuff returned. They keep telling me they check all their stuff but I've had one Kira wallet with a broken snap sent to me and once they sent me a Jackson double zip instead of a clutch. Essentially it all worked out in the end but it is SUPER frustrating to have to deal with customs/international shipping etc every time this happens!!

I know it's frustrating to everyone but there is a little added burden for us north of the border!!!

I totally agree with you Sally, I dislike paying all that taxes only to find out I have return them again.

I JUST got a reply from Nitza, "I will check on these returns and see if we have the correct replacements. I apologize for all of the inconvenience. Please email me if you have any questions."

It took that long and that is all she said? This should have never happened again. They acted so embarrassed when I called about my 2 right shoes. I guess that was an act because it sounds like this happens all the time.

I think maybe she is waiting for my return to show up before they'll look for those lefties. I forgot to mention that shipping with UPS Ground, it always take full 7 business days from the Westcoast to reach Eastcoast. So they won't receive my shoes return until Wednesday the earliest.

good! They should send you a free charm or something for making you wait so long. In fact, they should create a whole new charm and send them out whenever they make you wait longer than two weeks.

Sorry my fault, I forgot to update earlier. Have not receive the shoes yet, but I think I'm gonna feel like Cinderella's step sistas trying to squeeze into shoes too small for them...This is why I end up with a closet full of shoes too small for me

What a PITA! I hope this gets resolved. It seems like it is taking an unreasonable amount of time. This was their mistake. They should have gone out of their way to correct this. Sorry RB.
