I am beyonds upset. They would have NO BUSINESS at all if it was not for us customers! They have No merchandise right now and they are lucky that we are buying anything from them when It won't ship for months. Also, I think we bailed them out of financial troubles by buying all these groupons. They got a lot of money for no output of product. We basically gave them a cash advance! I will not be buying much from them anymore. I think we should report them to the BBB if they are going to treat us like this. WTF???? We have never been punished for having codes sent to other email addresses before, so how can they change the rules now?

Yeah, we're all ordering although we already know that most likely we won't have the items any time soon and cannot count on getting anything in time for Christmas presents either.

I keep typing things then erasing them, I just don't know what to think by now.

I don't remember any sort of restriction like that on the Dallas groupon, and the link previously provided doesn't mention a purchase limit on number of groupons bought. Maybe groupon forgot to mention that restriction for the Dallas sale?

Exactly! Who really knows if we will even get our merchandise by December. They have been pushing dates back for the past 6 months. Every other line has fall stuff shipping soon, or available now. No one else has last seasons stuff back ordered. With the whole shipping fiasco, they are lucky anyone wants to spend money with them.

good luck on getting clarification on the groupons. FYI I did a post ages ago that catalogued some of the things we were told. I'd emailed them both (groupon and HH) and never heard back except from the front line groupon person who promised to pass it along to Lina. So here it is in case it helps you get answers about your groupons.

Faf, did you use the fall code then the spooky code? That's exactly what I did too and I got the "we need you to pay $475 for the Biblio, because we made a mistake" email.

They should have known that people have more than 1 email address and more than 1 person might use a PC. That does not take much thinking to figure out. How can they make a rule up after the fact??? That is not right. If they only wanted us to be able to use 1 email address, they should have made that clear from the get go. It is messed up to change something because they did not cover their bases. They are constantly trying to blame us for their lack of attention to detail. Insanity is making the same mistakes and expecting different results. They have a lot of glitches and they never fix them. maybe they need to hire professionals.

This code thing has me completely pulling out all of my now grey hair... for cripe's sake... I'm the person that gives money back to cashiers when they give me too much change! And just in my short time in this forum, I know I'm surrounded by like-minded women.

Are the charges pending? If so, they will drop off on their own. If not, it might take a few days for your cc company to drop them (I got a recent refund from Zappos.com and it took 2 or 3 days to process).

HH has too much going on at once, too many sales with too many different rules, and too many sales going back to back.

They're having problems getting their merchandise into their warehouse, then they can't get it shipped out in a timely manner, nor can they manage to get it boxed up properly for shipping to customers. They can't get their CS coordinated; it seems like they've been overwhelmed by their success this year. It must be a madhouse there.

Thanks faf. Some were already charged and some are pending. Of course the tracking site only acknowledges one cancellation out of four so who knows what to believe.

Oh and speaking of Zappos - if HH has any $ left they should really take a field trip to Las Vegas and learn from the Zappos folks. I have never had a bad Zappos service experience.
