Just checked on my order, and has yet to ship. So much for next day shipping. Checked with Oana, who has promised to get back with me today on when my order will be shipped.
She got back to me today. The order did ship yesterday, after I contacted them to find out what was happening. I asked for my shipping to be refunded, given they said next day shipping, but it was 4 and would have been longer had I not asked. No response, doubt I will get one.
My order from June hasn't shipped yet. I asked last week or the week before and they said it was being made at the moment, but that I would have it in a week. I don't remember the exact dates because I figured it was BS that the bag would go from factory to my door in a week anyway so I didn't take notes. I figure recording BS is a waste of my time.
Oops forgot to spond to this... I have no idea what that Lorca is/was... I think when I saw it on the bay I assumed it was platinum lizard or anthracite but I think Moth must be right that it was vintage gold. I didn't even know the Lorca came in it. The style's too old for anthracite, and doesn't have the patterning of PL. Need to do some research in Lu's color/lookbook archives.
I contacted HH about the Kitana I ordered 2 months ago. They told me it was going to ship within the week about a month ago. I'm sure you're all shocked to hear there's no bag yet. So I sent email today to see what's up. I don't know if they lie about ship dates, or if they're always just a hair away from disaster, but just having a real date would make me happy.
I'm not too worked up about it. It is navy, so it will be great for fall and winter. I'm just annoyed about the lack of communication and what appears to be a the standard answer of "It's shipping this/next week." They obviously think saying that is appeasing us, or it wouldn't be the go-to response. It has the opposite effect though.
