I totally see what you mean... I'm not all that involved in the RM forum, I check it out once in a while, but I only have 1 RM so I probably couldn't offer much help and don't have too many opinions about her bags. I did read a little bit of that thread and while people seemed grateful for her personal apology, and her statement that she was working to make things better, there seemed to be some bitterness among the girls there. Which is understandable if the CS had been bad for a long time.
Anyway - HH seems to have good customer service despite a few bad experiences that have been posted about. I think HH seems to be trying to fix things as they go rather than wait until things have gotten out of hand, which I applaud them for.

^Exactly. And didn't they recently change their return policy so that it's more favorable to the buyer? I think that's how I read that.

Yeah, I think that was in the middle of one of those threads that seemed to last through the early hours!

Excuse me, whichever mod moved us here, could we please go back to the Hayden-Harnett thread? Other designer forums have similar threads that aren't moved anywhere... I just checked on at least one similar thread in the Rebecca Minkoff forum - and the only tie is that they have purchased Rebecca Minkoff products.

Our tie is that we purchased and continue to purchase Hayen-Harnett.

Please explain. Thanks!

How cool that Ben came by the HH forum! I'm an HH fan, and was really excited when HH got its own forum, but I have to admit that I'm more of a lurker there and not a poster. I try to stop in every now and then, but somehow I missed the Ben thread. Ironically, if it weren't for this thread put in Gen Disc., I probably wouldn't have seen it for awhile! I'll try to stop in and post more often. All of you HHH's seem like a cool bunch!

Swanky may need to confer with Vlad and Megs - this isn't right, not unless everybody's 'chat thread' gets moved. Why ours had to be picked first is beyond me. I'm trying to build the forum - and you all are helping - but it's been a push to do it.

http://forum.purseblog.com/chloe/dis...hat-46075.html

this one? This one this is to specifically chat about member's Chloe collections and such?

This HH thread is described as a chat thread, we don't allow that.

Quote:
Wanted to start a general thread where we can discuss anything...not necessarily HH related, but just a place for us to chat and get to know eachother or discuss anything that's on our minds...
Show me one TRULY off topic chat thread in another forum and I'll move it. We don't allow it.

First time I've ventured out here since it moved...
I hardly ever come to this section of the forum, I don't think very many of the girls in our forum do either.
If you guys have any suggestions you can post in the feedback dropbox, but I don't really see this thread getting much activity here and I sure don't have a solution. That's too bad...

People in other Forums just make it part of their habit to come in here and chat w/ their friends they know from their favorite forums.

Not sure why it's such a big deal for some people.

I think it was a big deal to have the thread moved BAM just like that, with no warning. The HHHotties were/are just finding our groove in our new forum. We would have been glad to turn it back to more HH-related talk, but weren't given the chance. I understand now that the thread was too generic, but we would have been capable of making it more HH-related. If given the chance.

So, no, we're not hypersensitive, and it's not a 'such a big deal for some people' (Swanky, was that you being snarky? Say it isn't so!) - I think many of us were just blindsided. Has tPF become so big that the mods can't make a gentle nudge or post a simple reminder.

It's a lot easier to chat about HH things in the HH forum.

I've added this to my Quick Links, but - we're creatures of habit - may not see many of the HHHotties here.
