Aw, lulu, you are so sweet!! She might just be terrified-- her first baby any minute and her DH in Iraq, facing who knows what. I was terrified when I had my first baby and my DH was right there.

I know! Reward yourself with a little 50% off something, for a deed well done, eh?

Hey ladies, I was looking through my old HH emails, and opened the one from the BB last year:

Thank you! She had her Baby last night. I spent the night with her. She was getting some more food standing in front of the fridge. She starting moaning and groaning....I thought d*mn that must be some awesome food she's eating. Nope that wasn't it, She went into labor. She was soooo calm... I was freaking out!!!!! It was my first time in the delivery room. I'm now absolutely Terrified of Child birth!!!!! She had a Baby Boy which she named after me Auree Laurent

And Yes I did reward myself. I just bought a Celina Cuff in Brandy for me and one for my friend. She needs a reward too cuz WOW that looked and sounded like some kind of painful.

Lulu - I am terrified of childbirth and I have 2 kids! You are an amazing friend. I am sure your friend is so happy to have you with her at that important time. BTW, great gift!! I know 2 guys who passed out while 'supporting' their wives. hahahh!

You are such a great friend, lulu, to stand by your friend while her DH is away. Both of you definitely deserve those cuffs

Hey all - I'm not dead... just trying very very hard to behave. So far my ploy of avoiding tPF has worked pretty well and I have been able to throw $$ into the new house for some much needed renovations rather than my addiction... my accessories.

Just wanted to say that I have missed you all dearly, and hope to pop in more often than once every 4mos, lol.

XO to all of you!!! Hope all is well with everyone (HUGS!)!

^Cho, love your new signature photo. What a bunch of cuties.

Well, yesterday was the culmination of over 6 months of sickness for my son. He had his tonsils out yesterday and so far so good. He came home groggy but soon started asking for something to eat. He's on antibiotics again, the never ending antibiotics! But that's because of the surgery. Anyway, life should hopefully start heading in a positive direction at this point with him getting his learners permit soon.

ASARK!!!! Welcome back!
HB- Good to hear that he is doing better. Learners Permit WOW isn't that a frightening thought.

Thanks Annam, Fafnir, Cciele I'm so glad she went into labor on my "shift" Our other friends I think would have not made it thru the delivery process...Weak stomachs... We all chipped in yesterday and made our husbands paint her baby room for her...oh and we had them put together all the furniture LOL Her baby room is BEAUTIFUL !!!!! Metallic Olive and Shimmery Yellow Vertical Stripes with amazing dark wood furnishings. I swear it should be in a magazine.

Hi Asark! We missed you!
Cho - I might really come there and eat the puppies, LOL. They're looking pretty yummy!
H82BL82 - I am glad your son is doing better too. And that he got his tonsils out. I know this ongoing saga must just be so exhausting and worrisome. Big hugs!
Lulu - You are such a great friend! That baby room sounds just beautiful!

Thanks HOtties! My Puppies are really tasty, the stud holding them is pretty yummy too!
Cindy, I hope your son's sick days are behind him and you! Hopefully the worst is behind you guys..
Lulu: so sweet that the hubbies chipped in!! Ladies are really there for eachother, but sometimes men just don't go that extra mile IMO.. awesome that your hubby is such a sweetie to do that. Let's see a pic of the room and that new baby!!
