So, Lulu, do you jet back and forth between the States and Italy regularly? Or do you stay in each place a while?

mmm. baklava...

damn i don't think i can really eat that anymore :P.

can't wait to see the trophy review. i kind of undertand not wanting to take it to dinner. sometimes there's not good place for things and it's not too small.

anyway I thought i'd also share these bags i spotted at old navy while huting down that coat. they seemed slightly familiar. They look worse than cheap target ones. The ruffled one is also metallic.

Saints remain undefeated! Sorry about the Yankees.

Your place looks so airy, lulu. Can't wait to see it when it's furnished.

Well, so far, so good with the knitting, sally. If I ever finish the scarf I started tonight, I may take you up on the cat bed pattern offer. Abby already stole the smallest set of needles I bought and unraveled a row of my scarf because she didn't think there was enough food in her bowl. She's such a brat.

for some reason, I'm actually sleepy at a normal hour, so it's off to bed. Night, night, Hotties!

Yay Phillies and Chase Utley! As a Dodger fan, I have to cheer for the National League team in the Series if my guys aren't there.

No matter what, if you're a fan of the sport, it's always fun to keep the competition going as long as possible.

Lulu what a beautiful home and work home you have! They have so much character. It must be so nice coming up that grassy road to your home after a long day.

ITA, Syb (about the keeping it going This NL girl actually likes the Yankees and is still pissed at the Phillies for beating up on my Rox) the last day of the World Series is always sad to me.

Random thought over my Cheerios this morning... I got out a light bulb to take up to campus, and I read that "Extra Soft White" translates to "blanco extra suave". (Yes, Texas native but I only have restaurant Spanish.) So "Rico.... SUAVE" has actually meant "Rico... SOFT" all these years!?!? On what erectile-dysfunctional planet is THAT sexy???

That was a little shock to see a new HHH thread this morning, I though "uh-oh, Swanky isn't going to be nice this time...oh, wait...we weren't bad for once..."

Lulu, gorgeous place you found...I'd be willing to share a bathroom to live there!!!!! I can't wait to see what you do with it. Hope you can start to feel better soon, the little bear in the pill bottle is so worrying and sad.

Lovely place!

Last night I had a dream where I was in a forest and discovered a half Trophy half Bea bag in the most magical shades of haze and slate and lead.

Clearly I need to get a life outside of HH :)

Wow, Beautiful places Lulu!!! How much time do you spend at your lovely villa? Italy is my mecca...my dreamland. I've only visited once but I've been plotting my life course to end up there permanently since age 15.

As probably one of the lone Phillies fans here, thank you Syb (and Jenni)! I am still faint from last night's game . Tomorrow night is going to be a killer...

Twice a month. I travel back and forth. It's exhausting. We are making the move permanent in April. Then I'll just be traveling back and forth between the Villa (4 hours away from work) and the Room (5 min from work) My DH will be traveling back and forth between italia and MN. He is going to travel only every other month.

Thanks everyone it's going to be fun to furnish it. A friend of mine owns a shipping company so I can buy up American furniture and have it shipped really really cheap. So I'm on the hunt for some big pieces. I think I've said this before but I really think it's true. I think in a past life I was an interior designer. I love it so much. I'm not very good at it but I do have a passion for it.
