So weird - when I called today to ask about special ordering, they said they can't do this at this time because they have already placed their holiday order?? Did anyone try calling them today to place an order??

I called yesterday and ordered a Havana. I was told that they could do the special order with the discount code for an item HH has in stock. Perhaps holiday merch/orders aren't regularly stocked by HH?
