I know some of you have bought items using your Groupons and returned them-- how is HH handling this? I used both a code and a Groupon, and I'm only returning part of the order-- will my Groupon be reactivated? Will they issue me a store credit? I'm completely confused.

They will credit the groupon. I returned a wallet and a tag, now my groupon is at $59. Totally painless and hassle-free... just still have to pay shipping costs.

I returned a Tamasin I bought with a groupon early last month. HH received it back on 9-4 and I am still waiting for the credit.

I also had an EOD and a partial refund to my groupon. However, even when I asked, my groupon credit of 56 dollars should apply to any order. WHen I tried to use it, it would not let me use it on orders of less than $175 so I am calling about that tomorrow. I was not happy

ok...i finally have to ask. what does EOD and COD stand for???

i'm still waiting for a partial credit back to my groupon for a price adjustment...they told me give me the PA back on 9/29...still haven't gotten it yet.

EOD= EMail of Death (Your order was cancelled due to whatever)
COD= Call of Death (We screwed up so bad that we are calling to tell you that we are sorry about your cancelled order.)

Aw, sorry, Carlie! That's why I started a new thread, I didn't want to post on the old Groupons one, because everyone would think they were available again! Oh well.

Hmm, I *think* I got an adjustment to a groupon but who knows if its really there as I haven't tried to use it....hmmm....

I canceled an order I paid for with a groupon and it seems like the groupon doesn't work now. I've been too busy to follow up on getting it reactivated. I'm going to try and fit it into my schedule on Monday.
