Ok....I'm about to flip out!!! I ordered a Trophy Satchel during the Chilly Sale and it came out to $125 including shipping after using 2 groupons. I know I wasn't the only one who got this price. Well, I just got an email from Ben saying that THEY screwed up and now want ME to pay $50 for their mistake.....

I'm probably just going to cancel the order. So how long does it usually take for them to reactivate groupons?

Holy cow, Brimac. It's their mistake. They should suck it up and honor your order. Heck, they've got my $23.00 so technically you only "owe" them $27.00!

Thanks, Brenda. Yeah, I really don't get it. I've worked in retail for many years and never once did I track down a customer and say "Oh, I'm sorry you owe me $50 because I rung that up wrong." I mean REALLY?

That happens every time I get a Paypal refund from them. The (somewhat but not really) good news is that it always go through on the second try 3-5 business days later.
