Good morning Ladies! I finally got my Groupons reactivated a few days ago and HH owed me $23.00 cash via paypal. Guess what bounced today? My paypal refund. For $23.00!

I love HH goods and I want to love HH as a company but man they sure make it hard.

I just checked my Groupon from a returned item last night (I actually forgot about it!), and it was good to go. It's been six weeks since they received the return so I'm not sure when it went through. It looks like I can apply it to orders under $175 so who knows why others are having issues... Only HH knows. Or maybe they don't either.
