Grrrr. I really want a brandy Origami with one of my Groupons (the one I am waiting for HH to get their act together and process my return.)

I returned a Tamasin on 9-9, it was delivered to HH on 9-14, they didn't process it until 9-22 and I am still waiting for my refund. Why does it take so long??? Ugh.

I have actually stopped recommending HH to people because of the CS issues.
Love their stuff, but returns shouldn't be this hard! Wake up, HH!

does ANYONE have a successful groupon credit story at all??? we've all been promised credits back to the groupon, and so far NO ONE has gotten it? ridiculous. is there any way we can send this up the todem pole to ben or toni???

i'm hoping their sale items tomorrow aren't tempting as i am resolved to only buy HH items from bon or bay from now on.

Not a success story yet, but I emailed CS about the Groupon price adjustments on Tuesday and they replied that it was in process and to please bear with them as it takes time.

I've gotten credit on one groupon (CR and a long #) and then they reset the numbers on 2 other groupons.

HH Veracity Rate in is the low %, but I was told that Ben does the Groupons all at once, and we can't expect our individual cases to be handled until he sits down to do them all and "it's very complicated".
The lower entities have no control.

Mine has not been reactivated.

Mine is for a cancellation !
No cash refund
no groupon fix.
It's sooooooo complicated !

Why doesn't it auto-update on our groupon personal page ?
The one I am waiting for says available, or do we have to manually track them ourselves ?

Whoa - that's especially awful for a cancellation. :(
I do think we have to go into our groupon page and click "used" or something like that on each one ourselves. I did it for a couple but I haven't totally updated...bc I can't remember which groupon they are supposed to be crediting - ugh!!!

Just bumping and wondering if tomorrow will be the day I actually get my Groupon + refund....

Doubtful.

Why on earth would it take 4+ weeks to give a refund?
