I have two Carryalls - one gray (the left one) and the other in Eucalyptus (the right one). Thought you'd appreciate the photo as a color reference.

Thanks, I*I!
Bonnie has the same two and emailed me pics when I was thinking about the Havana, but yours actually show the diff a bit more since they're on a white background. The main thing I've been worrying about (as I await my Euc Havana) is how "deep" or dark the Euc is, and in your pic it looks only a hair lighter than the original grey (whereas in the HH pics it looks REALLY light, washed-out with a flash). Did you use a flash, or natural light? (I'm REALLY glad it's a deeper color than the website pics... saw the Havana close-ups on Asteralice and that's what convinced me... I think they have a better shutterbug than HH!) |

Natural light, no flash.

Thx. And they're different leathers, too, right? The original grey is a full-grain, pebbled one like the Cordovan... the Euc is a "nudie" as Stormy calls them, like Ginger or Lagoon? Needs a bit more care?

My Eucalyptus Conrad has similar leather to the Yam - so yes, a bit more care. Wilson's TLC takes care of any concerns easily. Actually, my gray carryall is a softer hand-feel than the Eucalyptus carryall - so they may have used different leather for the Carryalls. My Euc Conrad is softer than the Euc carryall...

Oh, I wish they'd made the Conrad in grey instead of eucalyptus. I prefer a grey with blueish undertones rather than green. Thanks for the comparison pics!

Euc looks a bit more like taupe in the pic, where the grey looks more..well, grey..

I like that they are so different. Some labels seem to just change the name of the colors with no real difference.

and I love sirene's description - blue undertone for the gray, green undertone for the eucalyptus. Perfect! Now I'll know how to describe it better.
