I just got my HH charm chain from a wonderful ebay seller in Australia! It's longer and weightier than I thought it was going to be. I'm just thrilled. I put it on my havana right away!

My good news and reason for loving HH is this: Since becoming so totally smitten with my "new to me" Bernardin Flap Day Bag, I was in search of info about the bag (I seem to like to get background info on bags that I really love) so I sent off a message to HH wondering about the design inspiration, info, etc about my "new love". Well I received a message back from Toni herself! I think that was "so kewel" of her! So, I now have a little note tucked inside the bag from the designer herself, congratulating me on obtaining the bag and telling a bit about it!
I'm thrilled and it makes me treasure my bag even more!

That's fabulous, temo! Things really have a way of working out in the end, don't they?

I snagged a canvas Gaza satchel on eBay a week ago, and I can see why everyone is still so gaga about that particular design series. Gotta say I didn't love the other bags in that season's collection but the Gaza - oh my - that is one effin' awesome bag. I feel so chic and rugged at the same time wearing it. I bought it specifically to go to Egypt with me next summer! Can't say enough things about how cool all the snaps, pockets, zips, and pulls are!!!

So that's my happy news - now I have an HH bag that I don't mind traveling with. I may have to get a back-up just in case something happens to this one, as things tend to get lost or ruined on my trips.
