I'm looking at your wonderful collection and Maurice Chevalier singing "I'll build a stairway to paradise" --from Singing in the Rain -- keeps running through my head!

And now that the song is stuck in my head, I can't help but laugh at the lyrics:

(Imagine a really bad singer imitating a french accent - that's me!)

I'll build a Stairway to Paradise,
With a new Step ev'ry day.
I'm going to get there at any price;
Stand aside, I'm on my way!

Beautiful bags Gingey!

The Ramone cuffs are TDF..and addictive...but get them on sale..like now..or later...

I like the Celines too..at that point I didn't own any..but the fit is a bit problematic for me...so I am rehoming some of those too...

and that photo was taken in November or December..and I got too tired schlepping my stuff, posing, photographing so everything I owned at that point didn't go up...and it has taken on gargantuan proportions...

I was soooo bad..and not just HH...other brands too..which is why I am rehoming..amigas, be careful during sales..or lustful moments..or late at night..or when drugged, or PO'd at DH...or PMSing....or depressed..or or or or...because major damage occurs..often with no backsies 'cuz it's final sale..

XOXO

Gingey

Gingey, my dear twin,

What a gorgeous collection! The stairway itself seems to glow too!

I just rec'd the violet weekender nylon tote from ideeli. Love it. $85 out the door.

Hope this finds you well...gonna go drool some more at your collection...

Hugs..my dear twin...thanks for commenting on this...and that stairway itself was a labor of love from start to finish..DH & I built it..sanded it...stained it..polished it...sanded it..polished it..sanded it..many coats...I wanted something simple and functional..and we are anal..so we did it ourselves...

as for the bags..yes..I did those myself too...and then some..I need more stairs...and that wasn't the full extent that I had at the time..and now I have more...

so....I need to post more photos..so I can see what I own using a different critical lens..and make some hard decisions..

and I really need to land here on this subforum...a bit more..three more weeks..and my load will be lighter..although I seem to be chauffering (sp?) a great deal..and shopping for me and mom...

I'm also trying to be good..and resist tempation...and it's raining once again..so I'm really cranky..which means I have to stay away from HH..with my 50% off code..because when I'm in this frame of mind..that's when I know I will buy something else..

....(sheepishly)....although I'm dying to get another cuff..a Ramone..or a Celine....maybe I will succumb..

XOXO..

Me..
