Did anyone else notice that the Biblio Scarf is a limited edition of 3!! Yikes!

LOL Is that possible with tights though?! I feel like tights make (almost) all short skirts respectable. Could be fooling myself w/ that one, though

How on earth do those shorts fit in HH's line and price point?
