I let the Seller of the black Havana know about the Sam Browne fix. When she first added it to her posting, she did credit 'a fellow ebayer', which I thought was nice. If anyone picks up the bag, the Sam Brownes are not an exact size match but don't worry about that. I have mixed hardware into HH repairs and modifications and they all blend right in ! Shoot, they mix it up already.

Looks to me like the older purple HH "Eggplant"..(not to be confused with the newer Fall '09 Aubergine)....I have a Ramone in the Eggplant..but since I am a bit newer than other's wait until someone with more experience answers you..

but if it is Eggplant..it's a lovely, subtle, muted, greyed purple..not really eggplant color btw..it's gorgeous...

also please note that this seller usually sells pre-loved, or sample bags or display bags which usually have "issues, and although they are always open and honest about it, you might want to ask questions

and don't worry..Havanas and I don't mix so I will not be bidding agin ya...

it's definitely eggplant. it's one of the very few HH bags i own. i got pink spots on mine, too, so i think it's kind of normal now. amazing price.

Congrats guys!

My stupid calves combined with small feet=no zeldas for me. They're 14.75 and boots are only 14.25-14.5.

Aww, what a drag Paelaf. I have slim calves too but I'm throwing caution to the wind and ordering them anyway. The Zeldas appear to be a bit more snug than the Madelines, and that's good enough for me.
