Yes, yes too all of you, my hhsistas. I feel your pain.

However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Looks like my lorca is enroute after all.

My super-handy tip for those of you waiting in hhlimbo and the items are physically instock: call/email them w. an urgent need for the item. If it's a gift or for a special occasion, mention that.

So apparently yesterday I got a call from Nitza (didn't check cell til today, was getting ready for biz trip today.) She left me a long message apologizing for the delay and said it was all due to the belt being out of stock, apparently it was oversold.

This brings me back to another thread....HH needs to get an order system that can actually check an accurate item count in a database. Even if they can't do that for order time (they should be able to,) they most certainly should be able to do that at processing time. And, why would you ever start a tracking # with UPS unless the order is complete? I don't get it.

Anyway, she explained and apologized nicely several times then asked that I call her back so she can explain it to me. I am out of town so will likely just respond via email, but this isn't something that should be happening to so many people on a regular basis. I know, I apologize, I'm not saying anything new here.

Ha - I just checked my order online again - it was delayed shipping until tomorrow! And the beat goes on....la di da di di....la di da di da....

My frustration lies in their RETURNS: Seriously, I cannot believe I returned something over a month ago, confirmed that they received it, and they STILL have not credited me for it. "Hassle-free returns"???

AMAZING.

Return takes that long too? oh dear, what is going on over there? Now I'm afraid to return anything to HH. I'd rather lose a few dollars and sell them instead.

Yeah. That's why I tried to sell my BB Trophy, but had no takers so sent it back on the last day I could return it...still waiting for my refund, come to think of it it's been over a month now.

The Protest Organizer in me asks what if we ALL just sit out the next season, no matter what carrots HH throws at us ? Maybe it will give them a chance to see how they can't handle what they had, and buck up.

I could never do that! I tried to sit this one out but Oryx whispered my name and I couldn't resist!

I'm not able to do it either. HH is my main bag source.

I am all for something like a Twit-In though! Or a mass emailing.

Yep, it must be done!

And I'd join in a "twit in" too.

I've been looking at a few Rebecca Minkoff bags in Purple Haze, Olive and Envy and my resistance is being worn down as I wait for HH bags that I've ordered. At this rate, I won't see fall stuff until winter and I don't want to wait that long.

MY BAGS SHIPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! (three of them so far)

too bad I live in CA and won't see them until Monday.

Sybaryte- don't you think we're saints waiting for our items weeks and weeks when there are people who complain about slow shipping when it took them less than 2 business days??

Same here - everything except the Orxy, which I was really hoping to have by the weekend. Supposedly, I'll have my Tobias, VCP Havana & Toulouse on Monday. Now how am I supposed to impress eligible male Bears fans at the sports bar without my Blueberry/Ginger clutch? Guess I just have to settle for a plain 'ol Bears t-shirt. Sheesh!
