Default broken :(
Hi HH fans,
Just wondering if any of you have experience in getting H-H to repair broken hardware.

The studs that connect the shoulder strap on one side of my conrad bag-- which I've probably used a dozen times, have broken.

Is it worth calling H-H?

I sent my BP Corc back to get a zipper fixed, but haven't heard from them since. It has been nearly 2 months now :-(

Yes, definitely! If you bought it directly from HH, they should repair it for free. Here's the info from their site:

If you purchased a bag from us on-line that requires repair, please contact customer service toll-free (866) 921-2247 or send an email to repairs@haydenharnett.com. If you purchased your bag from a different retailer, please first try to contact them regarding your repair. They are often able to make the repair themselves.

To have a bag repaired you must first obtain an RMA# by calling a customer service representative toll-free (866) 921-2247. Bags will not be accepted without an RMA#. Please consult our Returns Policy for additional instructions.

Most repairs take between four and six weeks to complete, though some may be made faster and some might take longer. We aim for you to have your bag back as quickly as possible. Our bags are offered with no guarantee, but we stand by our quality, and the majority of simple repairs are performed free of charge.

That's too bad about your Conrad

A rivet came off my tamasin and they sent me the rivet to replace it. I didn't think it was worth it to send it to them and I put it on all by myself!

I'm waiting on repair/replacement of a loose turnlock on an ICP clutch. It's been 6 weeks so hopefully it's almost ready to come home!

*Nevermind! travelmom's post had me check my order status page for it, and it looks like they shipped it on Wednesday. It's supposed to be here on the 8th.
