Thanks Minnifer! I saw this and I bought it right away. I hope I really get it since I also called HH earlier and they said it was all sold out. We'll see. I'm excited it came back though.

MC..I hope you get your Conrad. Grumpy old me is tired of calling and being told something is sold out and then voila..up it pops...and then seeing 10 left...and then getting the HH call of doom.

Sorry, I am being such a Debbie Downer..I'm just so underwhelmed. Reminds me of what happens the first time a person goes to a wonderful, magical place on vacation..returns to recapture the feeling and experience..and realizes that it can't be done.

I think I can only get excited during this sale if something unexpected pops up....I'm not being objective because I am not enamored of the Spring '09 line..so maybe I should just crawl under a rock until August..(hug).

kdo..I'm with you kiddo....I can't sit and tweet and myface and spacebook all day..I do check emails..I do tweet but not obsessively..myface and spacebook at this point are for all sakes and purposes, abandoned, and this particular experience was not my idea of fun.

Tell us that BB is one of the biggest baddest sales each year..and then...uhm..not this one...Promise something on Sunday..nothing..now this last hurrah...whimper..not bang..sorry.

Here's hoping you all score the Spring HH (or HHs) of your dreams.

Don't shop because it's on sale, don't shop out of boredom, don't shop because you were dying of anticipation and you feel the money burning a hold in your pocket..amiga, shop because you love it and would have bought it at full price if you won the lottery. VOR enough?

OK, true confession time....the Black Sonia was calling my name and I went for it. Wanted a black work tote with more style than my Swiss Army nylon beast, and after using my BE WTM as a work tote for a couple weeks, I realized that I can live without pen holders in my bag after all. And yes, I would pay full price if I won the lottery.

Threw in the Saddle passport case too just because I love Saddle. Never mind that I already have one in PL and my passport is expired. I can carry coupons in it....if I ever decide to carry coupons.

Placed the order yesterday, goods in stock, right? Just checked my order status and it's the same old HH B*LLS***!!! Due to large order volume, blah blah blah... The Sonia is due to ship 7/26 and no word on the Saddle case. This is not a back-ordered item and unless the rest of you have a confession to make too, where's the large volume coming from? WTF? If it wasn't such a good price, I'd cancel the order now. If my card gets charged right away, I might still cancel. I'll find the GD stuff on eBay where I get much better customer service, Mr. Ben.

Grrrrr...

That's crazy, Syb! I'm sorry that happened to you. I placed an order today-- a wallet and coin purse-- and I initially got the same message about high order volume, etc. But I just checked and the order has already been shipped. I hope HH sorts out their problems because it sounds like a lot of loyal customers are being disappointed with service issues.
