I just verified it, and it shows free ship for me w/o a code.

I wonder, does it make folks less willing to be open on the board if they know the designer is here too? I don't spend much time on other boards where they read/post...

Any who, to my surprise someone mentioned that there is quite a few designers that frequent tpf.
Knowing that now, I will try to hold my tongue a bit more from now on; so not to anger the HH gods.

I hope not - and I hope no one else does either - that would make the boards less fun b/c now at least most people seem comfortable being authentic and it would suck if we all had to turn into pod people...

Do not hold your tongue please. I won't. That's what happened on another subforum. Many of us left it. If designers can't take honest opinions from customers then they need to grow thicker skins. Toni, if you are reading this, it isn't directed specifically at you..but in general. I worked as a garmento for years..the halls sometimes ran with blood but there was no choice in the matter because survival was the key..then...and now too.

I'm sorry if this offends anyone TPFer or designer, but it's the truth. Dog eat dog in the fashion world.

I hate the term "constructive criticism" but in a business world, especially in these times, people tend to talk with their wallets. I'd hate for that to happen to HH. We don't have to get nasty, but we must be able to speak our minds here. Isn't that why it's called a forum.

I am a loyal HH consumer, and yes, I've been spoiled by sales..I came to the party later than many. I can't afford to spend $600 on a bag so I appreciate the sales, but when I have serious issues with the smell of some of the things I got, or the lag time on refunds, or anything, what else am I supposed to do?

FYI...There was an article in today's NYT about complaining on Twitter to get fast results because companies are doing major damage control to keep complaints from going viral.
