Looking back at last year's emails it seems like they might not have started the 30min deals until the extended part of the sale. So would this sale equate to the end-of-year sale/Secret Santa for fall merch? Aside from the SS specials, it seems like the deals didn't get really good until January-March, right? I can't remember buying anything from the BB the past two years, although maybe I was just being more careful with my $ back then :P

I used to work at an ad agency called Big Bang. Sometimes our mail was delivered to "Big Bong" LOL.

I am so disappointed that the cordovan Wyeth Tote isn't on sale. Maybe I should consider the hobo at half off. Thoughts?

This is my first BB sale. From what I have read, I thought there would be really good deals. As you guys know, most of the discounts are around 50% (or less!). How deeply discounted have past BB sales been?

Welllllll I just suckered for a MB Havana. I forgot I had a $50 credit. I would have bought it with my 60% code but they were sold out at that point. I just didn't want to chance it selling out. Love this bag. Must sell PL now. There is no legit reason to have a MB, Chalk, and PL Havana. Am I right, or am I right?

Congrats jcriley! The black onyx is gorgeous!

kai--the cordo wyeth hobo was $110 back in march. I would hold off if I were you.

And yet I still keep refreshing... someone should do a psychological study of Hotties at the mercy of an HH sale... must be something interesting (pathetic?) that could be learned from this...

I want the kira wallet in Brandy. I'm hoping it will go lower. At least 60% off. I would also like the circe coin purse in MB if it goes lower. I'm looking at the kira hobo in brandy but not sure on that........

I've been wondering if the deals wouldn't be that good because of the fact that their production has been so delayed that a lot of the new stuff just recently got in stock. They probably want to try and see if people will pay a not-so-discounted price now that they won't have to wait possibly months

says the woman who still hasn't gotten her Pompidou and is still waiting for her painterly dowel...

Congrats, Jcriley! Very exciting. I recently got my first HH-- a black Lolita and I am loving it!

Thanks for the heads up Paelaf! I will hold out and hope they don't sell out.

Btw-- did you post some pics from the store a while back? If that was you, the pics were amazing! They convinced me to get the origami in euc. Still waiting for it tho...

Btw--- congrats on the MB Havana! And yes, I think selling the PL is a good idea. Especially if you're willing to let it go. Kwim?

I am also considering a Havana but am wondering a) if things get lost in a big black hole and b) whether it's too similar to the origami.
