If I could afford it I would for sure... I am sure people think I am crazy spending what I do on my bags now and there are NO WHERE NEAR that price.

If I had the funds to live comfortably after my purchase and you added diamond hardware (paying retail price at H store, not mark up price on ebay) then the answer is yes.

Even if I could pay this amt for a handbag with no worries I wouldn't!!! This is EXACTLY what is wrong with the world today IMHO. Sorry to offend those who own something in the same price range...I also cannot wrap my head around it. Ofcourse this is also the same women that wouldn't pay even $9K for a bag!!! I'd rather have a whole collection of LV, Chanel's and Balenciaga's!!!! KWIM?!

I think my personal top dollar would have to be somewhere around $2000-$2500 and even that won't be happening anytime soon!!! LOL

Absolutely not. One can get excellent croc/ alligator bags in Singapore for example. I got a top of the line, no designer name one, for less than $1,000 about 5 years ago. And also got another one for even less than that one.

Bangkok is another place with excellent prices on croc/alligator. It's just that in Singapore all the paperwork was in order so there wouldn't be a problem. I grew up around croc/alligator items. They last for decades and age very gracefully. My grandparents used to buy them and had them for many decades.

Only if I were so wealthy and it was so within my means that losing it or damaging it didn't make me want to kill myself. As to your question of what in the world could the motivator be? Status duh face

However, a lot of the bag collections I've seen on this forum easily top 100k. So, I'm not understanding the outrage in some of these responses. These collections are always praised and admired by everyone here.
