I had registed in CantonBS, but my IP was blocked after a Chinese post were sent out. I am a new here, if no Chinese publishing allowed, please advise me and rather than closed my Ip.

your IP address was not banned as you can see since you re-registered

Also, you HAVE to post in ENGLISH ONLY here, you did not even after a member was kind enough to let you know.
