what will you be using as your fall school bag?

i was just going to use a maxx ny black leather tote i already have, but i was wondering if there are any lighter options out there...i was considerin the Gryson olivia nylon: http://www.funkylala.com/product_inf...roducts_id=998

but is it actually lighter than a leather bag? also, $300 does seem a lot for just nylon bags. help please! thanks

The Gryson nylon bags are a lot lighter than the leather ones! Also, I think the bags are worth the price because they are lined in suede (gorgeous) and just really still look like luxury, premium quality bags. I love it when a bag says "look at me" in that quiet understated way that is simply an expression of the quality of the bag. Also, I read that the Gryson nylon is actually a silk tafetta nylon blend. Mine works beautifully for me when the weather isn't right for my leather bags.

If I were still going I'd be using my LV Tahittine (sp?) Cabas. I love it and it fits everything!

I'm going to be using my Marc by Marc Jacobs Totally Turnlock Faridah. I bought it a few weeks ago and have been using it for my summer class.
