What kind of handbag is this - HELP PLEASE!!!!

I was asked this question by one of my readers from my website.....so I had to come and ask some of the coolest professionals on the web.........PLEASE HELP!!!! I thought it might be a Thomas Wylde bag but I am not sure!!!

Chrome Hearts?

it looks like a thomas wylde. if it were chrome hearts i suspect it'd have some sort of silverware although they may be subtle.
