Here's a website where you can anonymously report fakes:

Thanks, I also wondered about this as there is a store downtown here that is selling really horrible fakes. The thing is though, that the lady is saying they are real, just factory seconds. I will def. be using that link to report it.

I saw this happening at a kiosk at my local mall. The mall administration was notified and they closed them down.

yes, this would be another very effective thing to do, as the Mall doesn't want to get any bad publicity in the paper or local news about this sort of thing.

You may also report them to the Mall management Office. All malls have these and I assume this is a violation of their terms of lease.

There's a kiosk at our mall that sells blatantly fake sunglasses. It even says so right on the boxes.

I also took the same approach as fashion16 suggested. There was a kiosk in a local mall selling fake LV, Coach, and Chanel. I reported it to mall management. I made it a point to stress that they were allowing the renter of the space to commit a FEDERAL CRIME on their property and could be HELD LIABLE for that. The kiosk was gone in less than a week.
