Exclamation Sticky Bag---HELP ME!

OMG. I have really gone and done it.

I spayed this Rain-x type stuff on my bag. It said use it on anything but patent. Well, I have a canvas Piero Guidi tote that's treated. I live in a VERY rainy climate, so I thought it would be a good idea to put this stuff on.

I am a moron.

My bag is sticky.

Help! Has anyone else gone through this before? Were you able to fix it? If so how?
