So annoyed with Dooney!

Count me in as a person who is frustrated with the Dooney website. It's sad when I can go to the Macy's or Nordstrom website and see more pics! It also frustrates me that I can't change colors on all of the items. They need better descriptions of the items, the ability to see the items in all available colors, and more pictures!

I have sent a bag in for repair before and they did a great job. They also send it back in a box that doesn't scream what's in it, therefore less likely for it do disappear in transit. I'm sure they will probably just replace that piece.
