Dear all, this is my first ever appearance on a forum and I find it rather amusing that its on a Purse Forum (more the sort of site my Fiance would visit)!!! However, I have a problem that I simply can't seem to solve on my own (without buying a brand new $470 bag) and this seems like a very good place to try and find some answers.

18 months ago I bought a I Medici bag in Rome, but recently one of the clasps has completely snapped. I have taken it to several cobblers and leather merchants and all have said that they can easily replace it, but only if I am able to find a replacement clasp for myself...and nowhere can I find a clasp!!

I really love this bag and desperately wish to find a replacement clasp so that I can have it repaired. Has anyone ever had a similar issue with I Medici bags and if so can you please point me in the right direction?

^^ I have never personally heard of this brand but if you post a pic of the clasp someone on here may be able to assist :) Good luck!

i never heard of the brand either, but did a quick google search, and this appears to be their site. perhaps contact them for repair, or at least the clasp so you can get the repair.
