I hope this is the correct forum to vent on. Cuz I am so annoyed I doubt I will even make any sense. I ordered a tank top from ShopSublime.com it was around $50 dollars, I got 15% off but I had to pay $8.50 for shipping. This is enough for it to be sent UPS. I placed my order on the 12th of April. It was a Sat. and my top should have been sent out on Mon. Anyway since I live in San Diego and this store is in Arizona I assumed I would get my top by the end of the week, about the 18th. I contacted the store three times to get a tracking number, but no answer. I even sent two emails. Last week on Tuesday, the 22nd, I get an email from the owner saying my shirt should have arrived and it must be lost. She offered to send out a large when I ordered a medium or to get $10 dollars off my next order. I said I would wait another day or two to see if it showed up. On Friday I emailed her to ask for a refund. I should have not had to ask, she should have offered it. If I had shipped the shirt back to her for a return and it never arrived it would have been my responsibility. She chose not to ship with a tracking number. 17 days have passed since I placed my order and she has not responded to my email. Does she seriously think I am going to place another order with her $10 dollars off coupon; she has not handled the first order well enough to make me consider placing a second order. I know that $50 dollars is not a huge amount but why should I let her keep my money when she did not provide a product or any service. ARH!!!

I wouldn't feel badly about the rant...she probably refunded your money only after reading your post!! Do a search on the 'Deals & Steals' forum and you will see that someone from Shop Sublime is posting their own sales. I didn't think that was permitted! Am I wrong?

That's good to hear! I'm glad I didn't place an order with them. Actually, last time I had placed something into my shopping cart but didn't check out. I actually got an email from someone at Shop Sublime asking me if I was havin trouble checking out since she saw my shopping cart!
