My 13 year old daughter has requested a coach purse for Christmas. She wont give me details on what she wants. All I know is she wants an across the body purse....I need advice on what is in style right now so I dont embarrass her with my purchase! Thanks!

I was just in the Coach boutique yesterday and they have some really cute Poppy bags (tartan) if you think she would like that kind of thing.

If it's her first "designer" bag maybe she would prefer the recognizable logo fabrics rather than leather - the Hailey comes in some Op Art prints and can be used crossbody, as a shoulder bag or carried in the hand (the longer strap is removable).

They also have tons of cute wristlets, wallets, bag charms, etc. if you want to add in a stocking stuffer or two.

I like the Poppy Groovy in either patent leather (comes in black, fuschia, red, green) or the Poppy Groovy in the black fabric with the C signature logo all over it. It's subtle, will go with everything, can be worn cross body & is one of the most if not the most inexpensive purse they have & it's also the perfect size for a young teen.
