This book was written by a Nordstrom SA and I just finished it. Wow, was this book every written for this forum!!! He worked in Nordstrom's handbag department for over a decade, and shares all his stories about what the customers are like, what working for Nordstrom (aka The Big Fancy) is like, you name it.

Some of the stories are funny, some are so disgusting I would have ran from the store screaming, but it's a fast read. You can't miss it in the bookstore, the books title sits above a bed of flames

I'll drop by the book store tomorrow. A real insider's look at Nordstrom. I hope he has tips on how to get the most out of your SA.

Not quite, but he does share insight into how the SAs view the customers.

I was just looking for a new book to read. If it's too funny I can't read on subways.
