Black 008 is structured, durable, and scratch-resistant. This is the same black leather on lionlaw's Zebra Pony Hair Sofia.

I would use it for work and I did just buy a BE TME in Dark Glossy Grey for work so I wouldn't go for Grey. I actually have a dark purple LV Alma, A Wine Crinkled Patent Stella MC Apalloosa, my Grey TME (should be in tomorrow) so I actually don't have any black! Maybe I should just go with the black since it looks so scrumptious. Doesn't lionlaw have the soffia in black nappa? Since you ladies on the subforum have purchased more Ignes bags than me, which black would you recommend? I like structure in work bags so would the nappa work or it might not be the way to go for me? Any ideas? I will definitely order swatches for this decision.

I don't really mind scratches, but I would prefer to not have them. I have a Hermes in box leather and it is notorious for scratching. I just make sure to keep it polished and the scratches rub away. But I do tend to baby it and don't really want to have to do this with a work bag.

I would love opinions.

I specified Lionlaw's black (she didn't know the number) for one of my black bags based on her review. Looks gorg, too! There are some Chiara pics around here someplace just posted recently, did you see them?

Thanks dsrk and Euridice! I was admiring the black on lionlaw's zebra bag! It is a very rich black. That's the one I will choose!

I am looking forward to lionlaw's piccys of her Chiara as well!

As for finding photos, I spent about an hour or more looking through posts, but didn't find any. We really should have our own subforum

I am glad we have gotten the new grey issue resolved! I cannot wait to see the first bag done in this leather!

Ignacio did tell me a week ago that one of the new designs was being done in a grey! Hopefully the one we are all interested in! I inquired about whether it was sold but apparently it is being shipped off to Fashion Week in London!

Lionlaw-I have to ask, how many bags do you have? And where do you store them? Same question for Dsrk!
