But, I would say I love them both. If I should buy the Chanel I would go for a vintage one, the new ones are too "puffy" for me, and if you go for Celine, the large size can be worn cross body.
I think the leather on the Celine is of better quality. You can touch it up with leather conditioner yourself. The Chanel you can not put anything on, God forbid, it will ruin it, except from maybe atomwax.

if you like to let people know what bag you are wearing, get the chanel.
if you like to be low-key, get the celine box.

chanel is more as a classy. celine is more of chic edgy feel.

If its a first I'll go with Chanel. If u have Chanel jumbo already then I'll go with celine. But to be fair Chanel is a better investment for style & monetary value.

Do keep us posted on which you decide. Plus perhaps posting some pics too.
