Default Opinions on black Boss bag please! Is it classy + should i buy??
Please help! Question: Is this bag classy or just trendy? OR should i hold for a premium designer bag which will be classy even in 10 years?

I saw this Boss bag today and am smitten!
Very good quality leather, great size, the perfect rolled thick handles, strap to carry across shoulder, zips on top and has small purse pocket inside. The leather quality honestly is GORGEOUS. I dont have a Boss bag so need to know, is this one classy? I have an LV Speedy Mono but havnt been able to find a good black bag within range.. this one is for 350Euros, approx. 450Dollars. Theres also one in brown as you can see which my tired partner finds better than the black one:)
Boss bags are common in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and are considered pretty good too.

I think it's really beautiful and classy and will have a lot of staying power, in terms of the design. So I think it'll please you for years. I would not advise thinking 10 years out, though: we all know that our taste and budget can change.

Definitely thumbs up.

I really like it! The leather looks beautiful and should patina v well. It's also a great versatile shape so you'll be able to wear it both with workwear and casual stuff! You should definitely get it!

Classy! I like it overall, handles, shape, size, except for the logo plaque thing on the front but nitty gritty.

Leaving in a few hours to buy, any more opinions will be appreciated!

Would anyone prefer the brown one over the black one? The color DOES bring out the leather more than the black one but then I will end up with a brown bag again...!

@ ampeefyed Do you mean that round thing? That i can take off. OR did you mean where it says Boss?

@jellyv Yes 10 years might be too ambitious i cant compare it with a speedy..

Thank you chessmont;flashy.stems,ampeefyed;isabellam;digby72 3,Ania.jellyv, when it comes to bags i trust TPFers opinions

I think it's a winner. This style won't go out for a long, long time.

I love the convertible strap, and your SO looks so cutely uncomfortable holding the bag!

Get the black, get the black, get the black. As a person who simply could not buy a black bag and had a zillion brown ones because I love them, I can tell you you NEED a good black bag. You will love it. Don't let those darn brown bags rule your soul, for once! LOL

that looks like a very nice bag. Doesn't look trendy so it will probably serve you well for a few years down the road.
