I suggest you may have been given the wrong tracking number b/c so was I. My Amethst Tiffany was supposed to ship on 12/8 and the tracking # that's listed on my GB account page said "info transmitted to shipper" and yesterday I emailed GB and they sent me the right tracking number and she showed up today.

LOL, My final destination on the wrong tracking number was also correct! Don't worry, you'll get your bags.

Oh oh oh!! I just got an email from them!!

I was going to email you this but had to run out of the office. The tracking number isn't correct because for some reason FedEx epxress did not come for their scheduled pick up and the package didn't go out. On Monday it will though and I'll change it to FedEx 2 day so that you'll get it by Wednesday and will not charge you extra.

ACK!! I LOVE GOLDENBLEU!!!

Black Tiffany clutch came today! The size is perfect, but I thought the leather looked a bit dull... so I spritzed it with some Super Shiny spray and now it's perfect

I am totally impressed with Mui-Hai at Goldenbleu.....here I thought the Tango Jordan was but a mere dream. Expecting to see a refund on my account since it was sold out at this point, imagine how astounded I was when I just got an email from her telling me she rooted around the warehouse and found another Tango Jordan.

Now imagine even more how shocked I was when she asked me if complimentary petrol Tiffany that I had my eye on would make up for the trouble.

First Goldenbleu purchase, and totally impressed with their customer service!!
