i ordered mine 11/18 and it shipped out on 11/19. it's currently in reno. i don't know what i'd do w/o shipment tracking to keep me entertained.

I ordered mine on 18th and they shipped it out on 19th. And expected shipping date is today... they said its on delivery vehicle right now. can't wait to get them :)

UPDATE: got an email notification that my items have shipped....and all of the items I ordered are on it.....so got the item that currently shows as Not Available on their website....

blam & asark Thanks for the support ladies, it's really a big let down to think you've scored your dream bag at an awesome price only to then find yourself SOL! I've been leaving messages all day to no avail but I know they're a CS oriented group and I trust that they'll hook me up after this sale business quiets down. Funny b/c as I was rushing for work this morning, an old friend called me to tell me that she has been laid off work for awhile now and she's two mortgage payments behind. She asked me if there was any way I could help her. Can you imagine how she must feel, to ask friends for help? Maybe I should give that money to her?
