Hello everyone i am new to this site :-)
I have ordered from the above site and i received a damaged bag, therefore, i returned it back to them. It has been nearly 4 months and they are saying they have not received it back yet and my emails are getting ignored. I can never catch them online to have a live webchat (time difference) does anyone know how else or what i can do to contact them? Many thanks for your help Karen |

I just checked the site and it is nasty fakes. Chanel does not sell online (except via e-mail to select customers). Not sure what you can do about it, but if you paid with a credit card, do a chargeback.

Call your credit card company that you used to pay through Paypal. Tell them the story and file a chargeback. They will take care of it. Also, you might try contacting the company you bought the bag from and threaten to report their sales of counterfeit items - see if that makes them move faster.

Do you have any shipping info that acknowledges that the bag was returned? Delivery confirmation or signature confirmation and or tracking? |

And be sure to file with the Better Business Bureau if they don't budge an inch. Do whatever you can to scare them, then hopefully they'll respond.

You must have signature confirmation for the returning. Your cc will require that when you file the dispute. Good luck!

You can search the forum anytime you want to buy online to see tips about websites like that one.
Fingers are crossed for you! Call your CC ASAP and explain the situation to them. |

Thank you very much for all your replies and help. I paid by credit card so my bank said i need to contact the compnay directly to discuss a refund. I have emailed chanelstore numerous times and still no replies. I can put my hands on the return slip at all. This is going back to June now. I,m so sick - and so silly for ordering from them in the first place. I,m still trying, i,m not giving in!!
